FAQ VISITOR

It is already possible to make a pre-registration either since https://cidrexpo2021.site.calypso-event.net by clicking on "Not yet registered? I register,” or directly out of https://www.cidrexpo.com .
The "Standard" access is free for all visitors.
Premium" access is reserved for professionals (€20 incl. VAT). Proof of identity will be requested at registration.
Registration for the 3 days of conferences and masterclasses of the connected 2021 exhibition will open on 10/04/2021 at 10:00 am.
It will still be possible to register afterwards to attend the conferences and masterclasses in replay.
The platform will remain open throughout the year.
The connected platform will be accessible from 10 April 2021 at 10 a.m. to prepare your visit, but all the events, conferences and networking features will be accessible until 31 December 2021.​
If you are pre-registered, you will receive an email to the platform on the day it opens.
If you register after April 10, 2021, you will receive the information following your registration.
The connected event is dedicated to all the professional actors of the cider industry, in France and internationally.

You can participate in a conference by going to the programme page for conferences and masterclasses in the Auditorium.
It is also possible to register in advance of the event on the programme page.
It will be possible to make One to One Meetings requests from the pavilions that interest you
Yes, you can schedule a private conversation with an exhibitor by contacting them directly via their business card in the exhibitor profile.
You can schedule a meeting directly with an exhibitor either by phone or by videoconference (zoom, MS Teams, ...).
The conferences and exclusive content will be accessible to everyone during the 3 days (12, 13, 14 April 2021), then visible in replay on the connected platform during the whole year (professional account).
Replays are available 2 hours after the live broadcast in the replays tab.

FAQ EXHIBITOR

EXHIBITOR SHOWROOMS
The platform will be accessible to exhibitors from 05/03/2021.
Opening of the connected exhibition to visitors: Saturday 10/04/2021: conferences, masterclasses, networking, meetings... and will be extended with replays until 31/12/2021.

It will be possible to insert a hypertext link to the platform
For the visitor, access to the platform requires the creation of a profile.
Each salesperson can specify the language (s) they master in their profile, or write it directly in the language they want to highlight.
The platform is configured for 11 people (1 administrator and 10 sales representatives).
Videos must be in 720p max quality and cannot exceed 1 hour.
We strongly recommend very short videos to capture the attention of participants.
NETWORKING
The identification of participants or the addition of a profile will be available from 01/04/2021, but the linkages and appointments will take place from 10 April 2021 - 10:00 AM.
You are free to make your video appointment in the language of your choice.
Each salesperson can specify the language (s) they master in their profile, or write it directly in the language they want to highlight.
There is no automated online translation during appointments.
 
The module offers a classic video / audio / screen sharing configuration (zoom type, teams, etc.)
A webcam is not mandatory.
LIVE
The auditorium is free to access, after registration on the platform.
It will be possible to register for conferences from 01/04/2021.
You can participate in a conference by clicking on the "Live" section or by going to the conference program page in the Auditorium.
You can to register upstream from the program page.
All the replays will be available until 31/12/2021.
